Sewage Water Loss

This home was flooded by a toilet over flow during that time the homeowner was sleeping and unaware of the damages that were cause by the toilet overflow. In the morning when he woke up he noticed the sewage spread throughout his home. He called SERVPRO of Silver Lake / Echo Park. Once out techs arrived and explained the process to him the homeowner was relieved. We explained that everything that was affected by the sewage water had to be removed which meant removing the carpet and some drywall. He was puzzled by having that done but we explained we can not guarantee anything will be 100% clean and our job is to make it "Like it never even happened."
