This damaged living room ceiling in Los Angeles, was the result of a broken pipe. The water damaged the ceiling and painted started to bubble and drywall to crack. Their was insulation behind drywall that had to be removed to dry out the wood studs. Unfortunately the home owner had mold issue which we took care off.
