Commercial Mold Damage – Los Angeles Office Building
Commercial mold damage at this Los Angeles office building was caused by a minor roof leak that over time saturated much of the ceiling in this office area. The before picture shows the ceiling after the mold had begun to grow. Eventually, the combination of moisture and darkness will lead to mold growth. Our first order of business was to set up a containment area so mold spores would not be dispersed throughout the office during our clean up. Then we tore down all of the damaged drywall so we could treat and dry the affected areas. We deployed commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to aid in the drying phase of the project. Once our moisture detection equipment provided to data that the area was dry, we replaced the damaged drywall.
