Storm Damage - Los Angeles

With all the heavy rain and thunderstorms that came in during the last few weeks, this homes roof had a minor leak that over time began to make the drywall and paint bulge up. The water damage required the drywall to be removed to avoid any mold growth. Porous material such as drywall usually need replacement as they cannot be repaired. Once everything was dried with the help of fans and dehumidifiers the reconstruction could begin. New drywall left the ceiling looking brand new. The customer was so please with the results. A coat of paint and it was "Like never even happened."
