Silver Lake Mold Remediation

SERVPRO of Silver Lake/ Echo Park was called for a water mitigation problem. When the techs arrived to asses the situation the came across Mold. The customer was not aware of the situation therefore the techs explained to them what the process was. They were afraid of the whole situation and what they had to do. They were glad SERVPRO was able to handle both water and mold mitigation and did not need to call anyone else. The were also very pleased we deal directly with insurance and they had nothing to worry about. At the end of the day it was "like it never even happened".
