Silver Lake Storm Related Water Damage

The groundwater flowed in from the sliding glass door and flooded this Silver Lake home with about an inch of water. The Before Photo was taken during the restoration stage of our SERVPRO effort. The carpet and padding were removed, as was damaged wall material, to allow for drying and replacement of non-salvageable items. The air movers and the LGR dehumidifier are finishing up the moisture removal. After inspecting during the service for moisture content with sensors the affected area was validated as being dry.
