Crawlspace Sewage Loss

SERVPRO of Silver Lake/ Echo Park received a call for a sewage loss in a crawlspace. The customer was getting a sewage smell inside her home but had no idea of the amount of water that was underneath the home. She was happy we went to her home within an hour of her call. The techs went in and removed all the dirt that was affected and sanitized it. It took two full days to remove all the sewage and dirt but the customer was very pleased with how fast we finished and what a great job we did.
